Bonnie Hunter runs a mystery quilt quilt-along each winter.
I have yet to complete one that actually looks like her design.
The quilts below are ones I have made using her suggested (or not) colors, designs, and/or inspiration.
I call these my NOT a Mystery quilts.

. . . led to my two-sided quilt named Dandelion Detour
Bonnie's Easy Street (2012) . . .
. . . led to my two-sided quilt named Joy in the Journey that was later gifted to our oldest nephew and his family.
Bonnie's colors for Grand Illusion (2014) . . .
. . . led to my quilt named Party Hat Optional.
Bonnie's colors for Good Fortune (2018) . . .
. . . led to the quilt top named Luminous. The top and backing fabric were gifted to a friend who quilted and finished it for her husband. He LOVES it.
Bonnie's 2019 color palette for the quilt she named Frolic . . .
. . . after literally dozens of design changes, led to my quilt named FEISTY (quilted and finished in late 2021).
Bonnie's 2020 color palette for her Grassy Creek mystery . . .
. . . led to this 72" x 86" quilt top that I named Grassy Creek Geese which was donated to Nancy Near Philadelphia's Sanctuary Village quilt project in May 2021.
Bonnie's 2021 Rhododendron Trail color palette led me to . . .
. . . this extensive fabric pull. I originally planned to make two full size quilts but only one of them (Flaneur) will become a reality. The other (Agglomeration) fizzled and the fabrics were used to make a set of reversible placemats for summertime use.
July 2022 - Flaneur's thirty pieced HST blocks, backing, and binding have been donated to Linda S. and her comfort quilt program.
