And Then . . .

The forest of Christmas trees has left my sewing studio.

The black and yellow storage boxes

and the overflow Christmas items

have left my design studio.

Our storage corner in younger son's

newly renovated living space

is finally ready for action.

(that furniture belongs to our DIL)

The two silver rolling shelves will

eventually hold an assortment of our items.

And . . . behind the silver shelves and 

below the knee wall's angled ceiling is . . . 

. . . this new table DH aka Mr. Diva 

built for our Christmas forest with space

underneath for those black and yellow boxes

stacked two high plus the large wreaths.

(Judy - because we have enough space in this room

we stopped un-decorating our table top trees long ago - 

much easier than decorating/un-decorating each year)

Be sure to notice DH's newly-constructed wall 

(on the right side of the photo)

that fits neatly against the angled ceiling.

(that ugly metal bracket has since been painted)

This is the opposite side of that new partition wall.

DH's cleverly-designed wall 

blocks this view of our storage and

provides a place for younger son

(need to come up with a better blog name for him)

to hang his favorite framed art

above one side of his L-shaped desk area.

And look!

Both of our cars are back inside the garage.

(the mattress is being temporarily stored

for possible use on Little Man's big boy bed)
