I am in love with the texture of these all over free motion swirls . . .
I am also in awe, yet again, of the power of our scraps . . .
This quilt was pieced using die cut
leftover 2014 and 2015 RSC strata and made-fabrics
and a mixture of scrappy black-white prints
from the resource boxes.
(pieces 1/3 yard or less but larger than a charm square)
Only the borders/back were cut from yardage in the stash.
Maybe next week I'll have some new RSC scrappiness to share,
but for now I am too busy enjoying this newly-finished quilt.

LOVE your Scrappy Kites. It's a wonderful balance of color and b/w. The swirls are definitely right for it, like swirling wind. Congrats. Also, the barn wall hanging from your friend was so thoughtful. A very special one for you.
