The Second Jelly Roll Project

This was the scene after I unrolled
the second two jelly rolls
that came to live in my studio
after the Cyber-weekend sales.

I already had the soft gray yardage in my stash.

This is my plan.

Instead of simply putting these into a project box,
I quickly paired up the contrasting strips
and stitched about a dozen sets together.

I am definitely going to like these combinations!

Fun prints and great springtime colors.

So this is what is now in the project box.

I'll be able to pull it out next year
and continue on without having to make
any new decisions.

I like this plan.

Great plan, love the fabrics. I made this quilt last year, needs to be quilted, then heads to my brother's house.

Love the pattern. I wonder if I could find enough strips in my boxes to make one.

I've noticed you working with softer colors lately. Nice...sort of shabby chic and romantic looking.

I'm making some pastel quilts. Well, they are in the queue. Yours are lovely and you will be off to a quick start next year.

Plans are so helpful. ;-) Especially when we write them down for future reference!
